A cozy Beach House sitting between Boracay and Kalibo, Philippines

The beach house is located directly on a 7 km long beach bay in a quiet fishing village, in the neighborhood are also private beach resorts.
The house is built in a massive construction and has a partial basement (approx. 10 sqm basement). A staircase leads to a covered terrace from which you can look directly to the sea. From the terrace a shower-bath (approx. 4 sqm) is accessible. On the first floor you enter the dining room with kitchenette and access to the basement room. Also on the first floor is a bedroom (approx. 12 sqm) with adjoining shower room (approx. 4 sqm).

On the upper floor, which is accessible via a separate entrance from the terrace, there are two equally sized bedrooms (approx. 20 sqm), each with an adjoining shower room (approx.4 sqm). Furthermore, there is a living room (approx. 16 sqm) with a loggia (approx. 4 sqm).
